USA Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped by DHL. lease allow 4-7 business days for ground shipping. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. DHL does require signatures on all packages, so please make sure someone will be available, otherwise your package WILL be returned to us. For a price estimate and tracking please visit www.dhl.com.
All APO, FPO and PO Box addresses will be shipped by the United States Postal Service. Expedited Shipping and Drop-ship items are not available to customers shipping via USPS. Please expect 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Expedited Shipping is available to mainland USA customers only. Expedited Shipping orders must be placed before 11AM EST for it to go out the same day. Expedited Shipping orders placed on Friday after 11AM EST - Monday 11AM EST will arrive on Tuesday.
Next Afternoon Shipping
This service costs an additional $16 and is guaranteed before 3 pm next business day.
2nd Day Shipping
This service costs an additional $8 and is guaranteed before 5 pm second business day.
